What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy practice that promotes stress reduction, energy balancing, and overall well-being by harmonizing body, mind, and spirit. Founded by Mikao Usui in 1922, Reiki has grown into one of the most widely practiced complementary well-being modalities worldwide.
How does a Reiki session work?
A Reiki session can be received either seated in a chair or lying comfortably on a massage table. You remain fully clothed throughout the session, which lasts between 30 and 75 minutes depending on the modality you choose. During the session, the practitioner gently places their hands on or slightly above specific areas of your body that correspond to the meridians and acupressure points used in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
How much does it cost?
The investment for a 30 Minutes session is 60 Euros
for a 60 Minutes session 100 Euros
and for a 75 Minutes session 120 Euros
Do you offer discovery sessions?
I offer a one-time 30-minute complimentary discovery session. it can take place either on the phone, via Zoom or at my premises.
