What is the difference between Coaching, Non-Clinical Counseling and Psychotherapy?
Coaching helps you clarify your goals, identify challenges, and create actionable steps to move forward. Unlike therapy, which often focuses on healing past experiences, coaching is future-oriented. And unlike consulting, coaches don’t give you all the answers—they guide you to discover your own solutions. Non-Clinical Counseling is very similar to coaching and it is support to self-help. It might very occasionally involve education and training. A Non-Clinical Counsellor, and a coach do not offer diagnosis.
How does your product/service work?

You can also book a complimentary discovery session where we can see how I can support you either with coaching or with non-clinical counseling.
How much does it cost?
The investment for an individual 50 minutes sessions corresponds to 145 Euros.
